Mena George Habib

Dr. Mena George Habib, MD, is an Interventional Nephrologist specializing in dialysis access management. He treats patients at Laredo Dialysis Access Center. Dr. Habib earned his medical degree from the Caribbean Medical University School of Medicine, Curacao and completed medical school rotations in Chicago, Illinois and Fort Worth, Texas. He went on to complete his residency at Mercer University School of medicine, in Macon, Georgia, followed by a fellowship in interventional nephrology, at LSU Ochsner, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Habib served in the Army since 2009 in combat units, then was commissioned as a Reserve Medical Officer in the U.S. Army as an internest since 2018. Dr. Habib is fluent in English and Arabic.
