Mark Song

Mark Song, MD is a vascular surgeon with more than 20 years expertise specializing in minimally invasive dialysis access maintenance procedures including arteriovenous fistula and graft examination for endovascular intervention, as well as catheter placement and management for hemodialysis patients. Dr. Song treats patients at Azura Vascular Care Union in Union, New Jersey. Dr. Song earned his medical doctorate from State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center Brooklyn, New York where he also completed his residency and fellowship in vascular surgery. He is active in vascular surgery professional associations including serving as Secretary and President Elect New York Society for Vascular Surgery and is a member of the Board of Directors at Brooklyn and Long Island Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Song has contributed to research and published extensively in professional journals including The FASEB Journal, American Journal of Cardiology and the Journal of the Society for Vascular Medicine and Biology, among others. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery-General Surgery and Vascular Surgery and the National Medical Board of Examiners.
