Hardik Patel

Hardik Patel, MD is an interventional nephrologist who specializes in minimally invasive procedures that include hemodialysis vascular access management, percutaneous AVF creations, and peritoneal dialysis catheter insertions. He provides care for patients at both the Vascular Care of Greenville and Vascular Care of New Bern in North Carolina. Dr. Patel earned his medical degree from Saba University School of medicine. He continued his training at Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center to complete his residency in Internal Medicine. Furthermore, he completed his Nephrology training in Charleston, SC at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Patel is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is also certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology for hemodialysis vascular access procedures, peritoneal dialysis catheter insertions, and percutaneous AVF creations.
