Frank Tarantini

Frank Tarantini, MD, FACS, is a vascular surgeon with particular expertise in the treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD) and AV fistula creation. Additionally, he is known for being at the forefront of various treatment modalities including radiofrequency ablation, laser vein closure, sclerotherapy injections, and peripheral arterial angioplasty and stenting. Dr. Tarantini is the medical director of Verrazano Vascular Associates at American Access Care Physician, PLLC in Staten Island, New York. He also treats patients at American Access Care Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York and American Access Care Union in Union, New Jersey. After graduating from Manhattan College, Dr. Tarantini earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in Brooklyn, where he also completed his residency in surgery and a vascular and endovascular fellowship. Dr. Tarantini is a member of the American Medical Society, the NY State Medical Society, the Richmond County Medical Society, and the New York Society for Vascular Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has published several clinical papers.
