Dorian DeFreitas

Dr. Dorian DeFreitas, MD, is a vascular surgeon specializing in dialysis access management and surgical access creation. He performs critical maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. Dr. DeFreitas treats patients at Raleigh Access Center, using the most up-to-date, minimally invasive techniques to help patients improve their quality of life. Dr. DeFreitas earned his medical degree from the National University of Ireland, in Galway, Ireland. He went on to complete his residency in General Surgery at East Carolina University, in Greenville, NC, followed by a fellowship in Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. DeFreitas is board certified in Vascular Surgery.
