Uterine fibroid embolization (UFE)

It safely and effectively shrinks fibroids by blocking the blood flow to the fibroids. It is the most effective, nonsurgical, and least invasive way to treat symptoms related to fibroids.

For women with mild to severe symptoms including heavy menstrual bleeding, low energy, bloating, or frequent urination, you may be a candidate for UFE instead of going through a surgical treatment, like a hysterectomy.
